The applicants shall be required to produce following documents in Original along-with one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission:

• Caste Certificate (For reservation claim)
• EWS Certificate (if any)
• Income Certificate (if any)
• Domicile proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID etc)*
• Bank Passbook Photo*
• Aadhar Card Photo (Self)*
• GAP Certificate (if any)
